Intermittent, continuous, or pulsating sounds in the ear such as ringing, buzzing, hissing, whistling; acute sensitivity to sounds or hearing loss; Ménières disease; vertigo. Use orally as well as topically around the ear. Can be used preventively when exposed to loud noises that may cause ringing in the ears.
