FemOne is a one-capsule-per-day multivitamin/mineral complex designed specifically for women who may want more iron during childbearing years. FemOne provides balanced levels of B vitamins, 1000 mcg methylfolate, trace minerals and modest amounts of antioxidants. It also contains mixed carotenoids, mixed tocopherols, and a more bioavailable form of B-12 (methylcobalamin).
