Phosphatidyl Serine
Phosphatidyl Serine (PS) can help maintain or improve cognitive functions such as memory and learning. While PS works at the cellular level, its effects are seen in the performance of the brain as a whole.
Consumption of phosphatidylserine may reduce the risk of dementia and cognitive dysfunction in the elderly. Very limited and preliminary scientific research suggests that phosphatidyl-serine may reduce the risk of dementia and cognitive dysfunction in the elderly. FDA concludes that there is little scientific evidence supporting this claim.
